**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the detection of training needs and design training materials to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement training courses to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of training and certifications, including IPC-610, IPC-620, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000.
- Provide orientation to new employees and support the evaluation of training programs.
- Collaborate with the training and development commission to plan and execute integration events.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in group facilitation and training process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet use.
- Desirable certification in IPC-A-610 and IPC-620.
- Knowledge of training legal requirements and English language proficiency.
