Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage global network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead network management partners to provide 24x7 support and resolve critical business issues.
- Develop and implement network performance management strategies to optimize network capacity and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with business applications.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and technical documentation.
- Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure network infrastructure meets business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage network service level agreements.
- Develop and implement network security strategies to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in network engineering, with expertise in routing, switching, and security technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Experience with network management tools, including CiscoWorks and SolarWinds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for training and meetings.
