Position Overview
We are currently seeking a SAP Security Analyst to enhance our operations in the SAP Platform Services team. This role is essential for supporting the "Materials, Warehouse, and Inventory Management value stream" within our SAP production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for the end-to-end MM/WM/IM value stream, collaborating closely with business users and subject matter experts.
- Manage and resolve end-user tickets efficiently to meet established Service Levels and KPIs.
- Conduct functional configuration, light technical analysis, and solution development.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure thorough documentation of processes and changes.
- Engage in standard monitoring activities and facilitate effective communication with users to clarify issues and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP, including a strong grasp of SAP processes and configurations for ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as well as work remotely with global teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP role security, including role design and access controls.
- Deep knowledge of SAP access management and the ability to create effective role security solutions for large organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues clearly.
