We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Director to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of our production departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Recruit, interview, and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and Maintenance Instructors. Coach and mentor team members to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
- Employee and Team Development: Identify individual and team strengths and development needs. Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility. Coach and mentor team members to deliver excellence.
- Performance Management: Establish clear measurable goals and objectives. Solicit ongoing feedback from team members and provide coaching and counseling. Perform team member evaluations professionally and on time.
- Communication: Provide a communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the department. Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
Requirements:
