As an Identity Governance Solutions Architect in Micron's Identity and Access Management Team, you will be at the forefront of implementing, managing, and optimizing identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.
  • Work directly with internal customers to troubleshoot access issues and ensure that only authorized users have access to the organization's resources and their access is provisioned properly, enabling them to perform their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities Details:

The successful candidate will design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements. They will develop custom code and configure SailPoint to integrate with existing IT infrastructure and applications. Additionally, they will configure IAG platform connectors, schema, workflows, user interface, and enterprise roles as needed to enable use cases/user stories developed by Product Management teams.

They will also ensure compliance with security policies and regulations by performing preventive maintenance and patching from product vendors. Furthermore, they will conduct DR and performance testing, develop test harnesses for repeatable testing and quality, and conduct functional smoke testing as part of ongoing preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will onboard source and target business systems to the IAG platform via REST, SOAP, flat file, and database connections through the Application Factory model. They will troubleshoot and resolve workflow, connector, interface, and reporting issues as they arise. The selected individual will proactively monitor the IAG platform, source, and target integrations for issues before and as they arise, including data consistency and connectivity.

In addition, they will develop and maintain runbooks for day-to-day operations of the IGA platform. The successful candidate will develop necessary business processes and actively maintain process documentation.

As a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions. They will also collaborate with security leadership to improve operations and implement industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with IAG platforms (SailPoint preferred).
  • Experience working with development language - Java.
  • Experience working with design and architect solutions within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Technical understanding of IAG capabilities, intersection with other cyber security domains, products, vendors, and industry practices.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on IAM-related issues.
