Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transportation plans to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to provide weekly shipping plans.
- Generate monthly forecasts for freight and customs duties expenses.
- Ensure import/export operations comply with customs regulations.
- Approve invoice payments for freight and customs expenses.
- Schedule import and domestic pickups.
- Prepare end-of-month reports.
- Ensure compliance with Annex 24 (IMMEX, Prosec) reporting requirements.
- Generate steel notices and manage external warehouse operations.
An Engineering Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in traffic control and customs agencies are required. Professional recognition and industry networking are desired. The ideal candidate will be committed to work, able to work under pressure, and possess a service attitude.
