About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Procurement Finance Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Monthly Latest Estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Support contract management process, including review and approval of contracts, contract logs, and obligation reporting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of productivity projects, including review and approval of projects, project logs, and powersteering reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business information and insights
  • Support the Supplier Diversity team in reporting spend across PepsiCo US Business Units
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 2-3 years of finance experience with FP&A experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with high level of proficiency in systems and data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization
