**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Account Operations Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Channel Data & Incentives Management: Oversee the collection and analysis of channel data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize performance.
  • Partner Portal Knowledge: Ensure accurate documentation and translations of partner portal capabilities and tools, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Partner Profiling: Act as a point of contact for partner data clarification, engaging with partners and sales representatives to onboard and validate information.
  • Contract and Compliance Support: Provide expertise on partner contract obligations, compliance, and audit requirements, supporting both HP and partners in these areas.
  • Supply Chain and Credit Management: Monitor supply chain performance, mediate escalations, and support credit and collection activities with channel partners.
  • Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training on operational processes and tools, release communications to channel partners, and offer consultancy on operational changes.
  • Project Management and Governance: Manage projects, consult with HP Centers of Excellence, and participate in governance activities to improve key performance indicators with channel partners.

**Requirements:**

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
  • Typically 1-2 years of experience supporting large accounts.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Developing consulting, negotiation and influence skills.
  • Solid understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Superior research and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners on peer level and one level above.
  • Basic financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
