About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Zebra. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers by telephone to identify products and services that can benefit their needs.

- Sales Skills
- Understand Solution Selling concepts and overcome customer objections
- Present product characteristics (features/benefits)
- Understand customer needs and/or business drivers of Zebra
- Knowledge and Expertise
- Technical Skills - Basic technical product knowledge
- Knowledge of Zebra - Solid understanding of Products/Services sold
- Managerial Skills - Understanding where to turn for answers
- Business Acumen - Basics of customer needs and/or business drivers of Zebra
- Customer Interface
- Acts independently or as a team member
- End users for small items; retail management or influencers on larger teams
- Accountability
- Responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses
- Relatively small individual quotas for the business overall
About the Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of applicable experience
- Basic technical product knowledge
- Understands Solution Selling concepts and overcomes customer objections; solid communication skills
