About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative at Maersk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers once they are onboarded into our environment. Your primary responsibility will be to handle email inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer emails and requests via Case Management, our dedicated communication channel.
- Assist with customer onboarding, educating them on how to use our website and provide local information to avoid potential delays in operations.
- Manage contracts and disputes, supporting internal teams with research and information gathering.
- Provide phone support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate English level.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
