We're seeking a seasoned Motion Graphics Art Director to spearhead our motion design initiatives. Reporting to our Sr Creative Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team of creatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily collaboration with project teams and frequent interaction within project teams.
  • Regular huddles with the design community.
  • Monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.
  • Opportunities to showcase creative ideas through brainstorming sessions.
  • Professional growth and skill development through on-the-job experience.
  • Support from design experts, a Personal Support Network, and a dedicated mentor program.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an agency or brand environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with creative teams, clients, and Project Managers.
  • Expertise in After Effects and proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, and typography.
  • Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender), AR (Spark AR, Snapchat, TikTok), and the Red Giant Suite.
  • Basic audio editing skills.
  • Experience in motion storytelling for social content.
  • Ability to take briefs, analyze, and implement under the guidance of a Director.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
