**Job Overview**

We seek an exceptional Senior Production Supervisor to oversee all production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and production objectives are met. This role requires effective coordination of human, material, and technical resources to optimize production and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop strategic production plans in collaboration with other departments, aligning with organizational objectives and market demands.
• Establish efficient production programs, allocating adequate resources to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Supervise all production operations, including raw material handling, manufacturing process, and packaging of finished products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques to optimize operational efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Lead and motivate the production team, providing direction, training, and professional development to maximize team performance and morale.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and effective conflict resolution.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of production workers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions in dynamic environments.
• 90% English proficiency.
• SAP system knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
