Eaton's IS AER FED division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide onsite support for product delivery and quality performance improvements, specifically for the sheet metal clamps/flange product line.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Define program/customer statement of work and establish past due burndown plans.

• Monitor assigned program/customer demand signals and work with customer service and demand management teams to level load and address gaps.

• Manage effective customer communications, customer expectations, and contractual commitments.

• Support customer executive-level meetings and communications regarding status of recovery efforts.

• Engage/escalate to on-site leadership for support in proactively addressing or responding to customer concerns.

• Facilitate creation of detailed line of balance for statement of work and inch stones for critical parts.

• Review with supply chain the supply shortages and action plans to address.

• Manage a central location for information sharing to provide necessary feedback for customer service to update the customer.

• Support a cadence of team meetings/one-on-ones with operational leadership to communicate challenges faced and work collaboratively on actionable resolutions.

• Promote the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 2-3 years' experience in a management position within a manufacturing Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required.

• English language capability, speaking, reading & writing required.

• Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.

• Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

This position requires some travel.

It requires the use of management skills, acting as a liaison for associates at all levels.

Support continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Participate and assist in meeting all plant Environmental Health and Safety objectives.

Establish a timely response for corrective actions to help drive continuous improvement through the Environmental Management Program.

Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee involvement and create an environment in which employees see no need for third-party intervention.

Proactive & results-driven.

Ability to work & lead in a highly matrixed environment.
