As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring excellence in service to internal and external clients. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain team to coordinate and manage customer service processes, focusing on providing customers with the service they expect in a more effective and efficient manner than the competition.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with relevant education and experience in Chemical or Industrial Engineer, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration. Your expertise in English (C1 level) and SAP will be valuable assets in this role.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage customer service processes according to established procedures and records in ERP
  • Monitor and entry of all indent (direct) orders to ensure correct service from subsidiaries to end customers
  • Be an important filter of orders to be shipped, ensuring compliance with Solvay policies regarding minimum billing levels and sales prices

We offer a competitive salary range of $28,000 to $35,000 MXN monthly, plus a total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineer, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration
  • Relevant work experience in similar or related positions
  • English (C1 level) and SAP expertise
