We are seeking a highly skilled Process Coach to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Process Coach, you will play a critical role in driving standardization and continuous improvement in our Material Handling operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in Material Handling activities, including receiving, market place management, line feed to manufacturing operations, returnable management, and shipping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and constraint management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with unionized work force to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Supervisory experience preferred, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Production, Safety, and Quality experience, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and familiarity with constraint management principles.
