Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Engineering Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our manufacturing and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Introductory level experience in Six Sigma projects.
- General knowledge of materials and processes, manufacturing machinery.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in creating graphics in spreadsheets and managing administrative tools.
