Job descriptionThis role involves identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in regional markets. You will be responsible for developing complex financial models to analyze returns for investors and assess product economics. In addition, you will participate in the structuring of private market investments (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt) and develop comprehensive investor presentations and promotional materials.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in regional markets
- Develop complex financial models to analyze returns for investors and assess product economics
- Participate in the structuring of private market investments (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt)
- Develop comprehensive investor presentations and promotional materials
- Collaborate with local credit rating agencies to negotiate and finalize securitization deals
- Prepare and present client proposals and presentations
- Review documents for private and public offerings as well as legal contracts (Mexican trusts, IMAs, LPAs, among others)
- Gain expertise in existing vehicles/products and engage with external providers of these vehicles to address and/or resolve inquiries and issues
- Translate financial data and investment overviews from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
