Job Summary

SolutionInn is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion within the higher education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in the higher education sector.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to engage with institutional clients and promote SolutionInn's value proposition.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs.

Requirements

  • English language fluency (American accent preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals with academic institutions and building long-term strategic partnerships.
