Patrianna is seeking an experienced Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to join its Workforce Management (WFM) team. As an RTA, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of live chat services by monitoring workflow in real time, managing staffing needs, and maintaining key performance metrics.
Key Objectives- Service Level Target Achievement
- Monitor live chat volumes, agent availability, and queue status in real time.
- Make data-driven decisions to meet service level targets.
- Analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Implement changes to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, and WFM leadership to ensure effective communication.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of operational changes, performance issues, or opportunities for efficiency gains.
