Financial Director

WernerCo is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Juarez. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing financial leadership to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all accounting and financial functions of the company.
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a team to establish more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company's general ledger.
- Provide executive management with accurate and complete financial information to guide the formulation of effective financial policies and strategies.
- Establish and implement financial policies, perform financial risk assessments, and prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze cash flow management.
- Summarize budget trends, analyze shortfalls, and report variances to executives.
- Inventory controls and breakdowns.
- Cost accounting valuation.
- Leadership and interaction/boundary crossing with peers to generate results.
- Manage staff and provide leadership and growth opportunities.
- Develop cost standards for materials and labor. Design and implement cost accounting systems. Analyze production costs and recommend changes.
- Oversee annual physical inventory and cycle counter.

- MBA, certified public account, Lean manufacturing training, six sigma, Microsoft Office. JDE and/or SAP
