Senior Operations Manager

At Lionbridge Technologies, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Quality teams to identify key issues and drive appropriate solutions
  • Report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors
  • Define, manage, and optimize processes & procedures to ensure the highest delivery and response
  • Drive onboarding and training framework/compliance with onsite team members
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors while tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
  • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions

Requirements:

  • A passion for, and experience with, games across a myriad of platforms as well as the gaming industry
  • Experience as a program manager or account manager
  • A passion for customers and long-term partnerships, and managing a process-oriented business
  • A strong and demonstrated drive for results and ability to work independently
  • The ability to conceive and execute creative solutions to senior or executive level problems
  • An intimate and practiced knowledge of software testing methodologies, procedures and the development lifecycle
  • Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex software products
  • Experience with structured test processes as well as exploratory testing techniques
