Electrical Maintenance Superintendent Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mantenimiento eléctrico preventivo y correctivo, supervisión, políticas, dirección y coordinación de personal.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of maintenance technicians and electricians.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure the longevity of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
