About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team at FedEx Express México.

Job Summary

This role involves providing efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages, ensuring proper labeling, legality of content, and adherence to safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely.
  • Verify package labeling, legality of content, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for pickups and deliveries, maintaining neatness and accuracy.
  • Seek additional business from current customers and inform Station Ops. Manager and Sales of changes in customer/competitor efforts.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Basic English Skills.
  • Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
