We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Process Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an attractive and equitable salary for all, with a monthly compensation ranging from $28,000 to $35,000 MXN. In addition to a competitive total rewards package, we provide a bonus and/or other incentives.

As a Customer Service Process Coordinator, you will work closely with our Supply Chain team to coordinate and manage customer service processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coodinating and managing activities involved in resale and indent operations to guarantee excellent service at each stage of the process;
  • Receiving and monitoring customer purchase orders to ensure on-time and complete delivery according to the negotiated date;
  • Coordinating with Distribution or Foreign Trade to obtain necessary documents for correct delivery to the customer;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all indent orders and commissions charged;
  • Ensuring compliance with Solvay policies, including minimum billing levels per order and reviewing sales prices to the customer.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration;
  • Relevant work experience in similar or related positions, preferably with English C1 (advanced) and SAP skills;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
