Position Overview

This position is for developing and training you to become a cybersecurity specialist. As a Junior Firewall System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing network alerts to identify potential security threats
  • Responding to security incidents and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences
  • Documenting and reporting security-related activities and findings
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies through ongoing training and professional development
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic understanding of networks and communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
  • A basic knowledge of servers and virtualization
  • Technical English skills to read and understand technical documentation and communicate with international teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar activities
