We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Constellation Brands. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial information and analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prepare the Annual Plan / Latest Estimates for General and Administrative expenses across multiple offices
- Prepare periodic forecasts (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.) for support offices
- Analyze plan / forecast figures and prepare monthly bridges / waterfalls vs Prior Year / prior forecasts for main Profit and Loss drivers
- Obtain / prepare necessary backup schedules to support analysis
- Model spending and variances to present a Cost of Goods Sold segment view of main drivers / variances
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the business
- Ensure all activity is eliminated and proper markups are established for support offices
- Prepare benchmark analysis between corporate offices & identify areas of opportunity
- Lead monthly meetings with Vice President heads of business unit to track problem spend areas
- Track and consolidate savings initiatives and its progress by area of responsibility
- Ensure office expenses are following Company policies
- Meet with all stakeholders to calculate & determine financial impact of variances
- Act as liaison between Finance & all divisions regarding support expenses
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel Macros, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly to all levels in the organization
