Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team at Avantive Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers nationwide, making outbound calls to promote our client's high-speed internet access solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a professional and engaging manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Make outbound calls to customers from our client's lead list to promote their high-speed internet access solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Learn new skills and technology to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in an outbound setting or similar work.
  • Previous contact center experience is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of 80 pesos per hour on the 6th month, increasing to 90 pesos per hour on the 1st year and 100 pesos per hour on the 2nd year.
