Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer at Luxoft, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with designers and businesses to transform wireframes and design mockups into functional, interactive web components
  • Implementing Angular features like components, services, directives, and pipes to create modular and reusable code
  • Designing and coding frontend components, ensuring modularity, reusability, and scalability
  • Implementing user interactions, animations, and data-binding to create smooth and engaging user experiences
  • Collaborating with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs and services
  • Finding and displaying data from server endpoints, handling data manipulation and updates as needed
  • Ensuring that the user interface functions and appears consistently across different browsers and devices
  • Performing testing and debugging to identify and resolve compatibility issues
  • Optimizing the performance of frontend components for fast loading times and smooth interactions
  • Implementing techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and asynchronous operations to enhance user experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience in Typescript
  • At least 5 years of Angular/AngularJS front-end development experience
  • Proficiency in CSS, SASS/LESS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code
  • Experience in writing unit test cases using Jasmine/Karma
  • Experience with RESTful services
  • Experience in building REST API with NodeJS
