Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Buscojobs México. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing, production planning, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of purchasing, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, EDI systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop reports.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
