**Job Summary**
North American Production Sharing De México S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our manufacturing process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules (Parcel & LTL).
- Coordinate the outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments according to company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Administer the supply of raw materials to production while maintaining accurate inventory quantities by performing regular cycle counts.
- Direct the movement of shipments from shipping, storage, and work areas to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient storage, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Determine space planning and requirements for the position of shipment in boxcars, trucks, and lay out the position of shipment.
- Inspect material handling equipment for defects and notify maintenance personnel or contact outside service facilities for repairs, errors, or complaints.
- Oversee all truck and forklift maintenance while coordinating and monitoring driver, vehicle, and load records.
- Prepare bill of lading while compiling and maintaining detailed records of unfilled orders.
- Work with customs to ensure all shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
- Responsible for training and providing work direction to assigned personnel.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Advanced English
- MRP
- Excel advanced
- Visa
