We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Technician to join our team at Buscojobs México. As an NPI Technician, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble raw material parts as part of the NPI assembly process.
- Develop machine assembly software programs and profiles.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow, components preparation codes, visual aids, and additional process documentation.
- Collect process data, such as assembly pictures, cycle times, headcount, and pass/reject quantities.
- Conduct production flow analysis and execute corrective actions.
- Design electro-mechanical tools using software such as SolidWorks.
- Collaborate in tooling procurement and fabricate low-profile tools for quick checks.
- Utilize low and high-profile electrical/electronic equipment or machinery to measure/test products.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to machinery and tools.
- Provide basic/training to operators on the use of machines, tools, or raw material parts assembly.
- Experience in test equipment, including electric/electronic digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, torque meters, pressure and flow transducers, compressed air connections, and Microsoft Office.
- Use of mechanical measurement tools, such as measurement tapes, calipers, filler gauges, and angle protractors.
- Specific skills in SolidWorks.
- Personal characteristics: proactive, teamwork, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Certifications: N/A.
- Licenses: driving license.
- Knowledge of English (> 70%).
- MINITAB experience.
- Experience in the electronics industry.
