Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to manufacturing associates, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide daily supervision to manufacturing associates, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing concepts to optimize production processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery of products.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to Integer's Quality Management System (QMS) and safety protocols, promoting a culture of quality and safety across the team.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leading people and teams.
