Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our SAP S/4HANA template in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout project as a representative of the Business department, ensuring seamless integration with the global S/4HANA template.
  • Act as a business representative for main processes, collaborating with the customer team and IT to identify and address local gaps.
  • Proactively prepare, implement, and follow up on specialist workshops, conducting fit/gap analyzes and deriving target process designs based on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Accompany the realization and testing of the implementation from a business perspective, ensuring compliance with project management requirements.
  • Provide status reporting and updates to project management, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA Implementation/Rollout, with a strong background in Financial Accounting and Controlling.
  • Proven expertise in functional configuration, with experience in full end-to-end implementation, roll-out projects, and support project experience in FICO.
  • Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank transactions, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Fixed Assets, and Electronic Invoicing.
  • WHT certificates and experience with DRC solutions for e-invoicing in Mexico.
  • Strong knowledge of CO-Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal order accounting, as well as Product Costing and CO-PA.
  • Good understanding of ASAP Methodology, Cutover strategy, Testing, and Migration.
  • Desirable SAP ECC or S4/HANA certifications.
