The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices and payments, to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Provide administrative support to ensure timely payment of vendor obligations.
- Maintain detailed records of outstanding payables and ensure accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
- Protect the organization from unintentional overpayment and ensure compliance with internal control and SOX procedures.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment to vendors, and participate in financial close and forecasting activities.
- Provide information for external audit or government authority, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with 3+ years of business-to-business collections experience.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Knowledge of operational accounts receivable processes and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, with ability to work well with others and meet deadlines.
- English speaking proficiency and advanced level of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
