Job Summary

As a Principal Data Consultant at Microsoft Corporation, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and consumption of cloud and Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for leading technical delivery, operational excellence, and business development initiatives. Your expertise in data and AI will be instrumental in shaping the company's solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery teams to implement solutions across domains
Manage complex escalations and coordinate resources to resolve issues
Develop and deliver Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and provide oversight and leadership on work streams
Collaborate with account teams to ensure One Microsoft approach
Drive innovation and digital transformation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field
6+ years of leadership experience in relevant area of business
Proficiency in Spanish at a fluent level and English at an advanced level
Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management)
Technical certifications based on domain/service line: Data & AI
