Nuvit Service seeks an experienced Infrastructure Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in IT operations and compliance, with a focus on maintaining infrastructure and applications services according to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT operations and compliance processes
• Perform routine tasks according to established process and checklist
• Monitor infrastructure and applications services to identify potential issues
• Alert management and take appropriate action to resolve issues

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical or helpdesk role
• Experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
• Advanced level English language skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations and compliance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for this role, estimated to be around $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
