Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to join our team in Mexico. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company. You will share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, participating in internal and external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers to design and implement cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and participate in internal and external communities to stay ahead of the curve
Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply)
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
1+ year of people management experience
2+ years of experience in Agile practices

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
