We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to partner closely with the Product Management team to migrate Thomson Reuters' products to our strategic Entitlement solution. This role will be part of a Scrum team and will be the point of contact between business and the Engineering/Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of clients' business needs and requirements.
- Develops and improves business processes within the technology and business organizations.
- Recommends and validates technical solutions to meet requirements based on understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders.
- May work on significant & unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles and use expertise to provide solutions to complex problems.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with internal or external customers.
You're a fit for the Lead Technical Business Analyst role if your background includes:
- In-depth understanding of a Business Unit or function.
- Works on issues of a diverse scope where analysis of situations requires skills and understanding of current industry trends.
- Leads significant projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.
- Provides specialist advice to middle and senior management to resolve complex issues.
- Anticipates customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies new solutions.
- Solves complex problems which may be multidisciplinary or require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Develops strong relationships and negotiates with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
