Job Summary

As a Senior Indirect Buyer Specialist at Infineon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in securing supply and sourcing competitively to support profitable growth. This includes acting as the main interface to Infineon's suppliers, monitoring market developments, and developing differentiated cooperation models. You will lead business awards, develop best-in-class procurement tools and processes, and steer the operational procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Infineon's top and bottom line by securing supply and sourcing competitively.
  • Act as the main interface to Infineon's suppliers and monitor market developments.
  • Develop differentiated cooperation models and lead business awards.
  • Develop best-in-class procurement tools and processes and steer the operational procurement of goods and services.

Requirements
  • +5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong negotiation and interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving and cost-analytic skills.
  • Supplier relationship management and commercial contract management.
  • Strong team player in a local and regional environment.
  • Possess integrity, excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, strong work ethic.
  • English language proficiency.
