We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Potenxial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing production and manufacturing operations to achieve high-quality, low-cost, and on-time products for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet manufacturing operation objectives, ensuring timely and efficient production processes.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain Summit Lean Manufacturing System (SLMS) practices, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Manage manufacturing planning tools, utilizing data to inform production decisions.
- Train subordinate managers and supervisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Manage training programs for hourly departmental employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in employee disciplinary processes, working collaboratively with HR and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to root cause problem resolution activities, driving process improvements and eliminating waste.
- Lead collaboration and teamwork with other plant departments, optimizing plant operations and driving business growth.
**Requirements**
- 6 years of experience in a management position in a manufacturing environment.
- Essential experience in plastic injection manufacturing.
