Alstom is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead the execution of installation activities on field and onboard. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and supervising the installation work, ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare installation work by ensuring material availability, design documents, and skilled resources.
- Supervise installation activities on field and onboard, ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Apply method statements and installation procedures, reporting any deviations to the PrIM.
- Ensure EHS requirements are strictly applied by installation workers and subcontractors.
- Report non-conformances to the PrIM and quality team.
- Support the handover process to the T&C team and customer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in field operations and installation management, with a strong focus on quality and safety. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
