Ria Money Transfer is a leading global money transfer company that empowers individuals and businesses to thrive through fast and secure fund transfers across borders.
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our dedicated team. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, handle high volumes of inbound or outbound calls, and create a positive experience for each customer.
The main goal of the Customer Service Ambassador is to deliver outstanding customer service, address client concerns, and provide accurate and efficient responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining practical solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs better.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with more education or experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
- Schedule availability and flexibility.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive monthly salary of $16,000 gross, 5% food vouchers, 30 days bonus, 15 days of initial vacation, life insurance, free access to our Gym, dynamic and collaborative work environment, cutting-edge tools and technology to make work easier, free English and French classes, and work-life balance.
