Airport Representative

At TUI, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Representatives in Cancun. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their travels.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting daily operations in and around the airport, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and promoting the use of our App. Your aim is to resolve all enquiries during your first and last contact with our guests, making their experience as smooth as possible. You will also deliver see-off speeches on buses, celebrate your success with regular target updates, and monitor guest feedback results.

About You:

We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are great team players, and are true people persons. You will be a highly engaging communicator, confident and calm in challenging situations, and able to work well both independently and as part of a diverse team. You should also be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with digital know-how and a willingness to learn the demands of the job.

What We Offer:

A job with us offers more than your basic salary, which starts at $164,400 MXN gross/year. You will have a work week of 48 hours with 1 day off, 16 days of holiday, and two extra days (on your birthday and one happy day). We also pay for all training days completed and provide free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy, and Language Lessons.
