Job Summary

Tecma is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all products manufactured at Ergomotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control plans for all products manufactured at Ergomotion.
  • Supervise and mentor Quality Engineers to ensure they are meeting quality standards.
  • Ensure that only products that have been approved at all stages are shipped to clients.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Establish and maintain in-process inspection and testing records.
  • Manage and coordinate the process of final testing and inspections of finished products.
  • Analyze and summarize process information related to quality problems.
  • Implement corrective actions in response to process findings.
  • Develop and coordinate a first shipment certification program.
  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of test measurement equipment used to verify product quality.
  • Develop and maintain the quality system.
  • Support ergonomics and safety programs.
  • Apply statistical studies to analyze variation in each measurement and testing equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance to quality personnel related to product quality.
  • Coordinate actions to prevent non-conformities related to products, processes, quality systems, and environmental management systems.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Training in QS9000, AIAG, ANSI, and ISO 14000.
  • APQP experience.
  • QC System Testing Laboratory experience.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
