Job Description:
- Develop and maintain the tech infrastructure of our app.
- Manage junior developers and oversee project progress.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Head of Growth, and Head of Risk to prioritize projects.
- Implement monitoring and administration systems for the application.
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to build indicators and datasets.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in backend and frontend development for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with languages like Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, and FastAPI.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while managing junior engineers.
