IT OPERATIONS EXPERT

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for managing, troubleshooting, and monitoring the applications environment, ensuring optimal customer support and system reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:


• Ensuring the functionality and predictability of Corporate Standard Systems and applications


• Maintaining applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on ongoing enhancement


• Providing 2nd level support via the internal ticketing system


• Conducting monitoring, problem isolation, and resolution


• Performing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for applications


• Striving for optimal system performance and continuous improvement


• Organizing and coordinating necessary update and maintenance activities for patches, updates, and fixes


• Managing the implementation of solutions related to the addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system components


• Overseeing Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management in accordance with LEONI standards

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Information System Management or a related field


• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience


• Proficiency in ERP Systems


• Understanding of Business and IT Processes within a production environment


• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
