Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to administer schedules, engineering changes, and quality control processes.
- Perform project duties, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work with lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality control to minimize scrap and meet customer quality standards.
- Champion health and safety, environment, and good housekeeping programs.
- Work with materials to enhance raw materials replacements and achieve productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and office management software.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with excellent attention to detail.
