Amedirh Talento is looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and support the national recruitment strategy implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with the México Recruitment team to source, screen, and contact applicants.
Key Tasks
- Create engaging job postings for various sources, including social media, online job boards, printed materials, and massive media.
- Coordinate interviews with the Client Recruitment team and Panel interviews with hiring area leaders.
- Analyze background and reference checks with designated providers.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- 2 years of employment in a related position, e.g., Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and/or Human Resources.
- Previous experience in international hospitality industry highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn, study, analyze, and interpret complex activities and/or information to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
