**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model, and following all company policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
- Serve as a role model and follow all company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support team to reach common goals
- Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2-years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
