Housekeeping Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Run sold room reports to verify room status and determine discrepant rooms.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms and ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.

**Requirements**

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete safety training and certifications and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.
